- Be in the original packaging, where applicable
- Include all accessories, tags, and components that came with the product
- Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during delivery
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened where applicable, and in resalable condition.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Do not send products to an address without receiving return instructions from us first.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
7. Exchanges
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. Where appropriate, we may arrange an exchange or replacement.
Replacement availability may depend on stock levels.
8. Return Shipping
For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, Cozy Fox Lifestyle will work with you to resolve the issue and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where appropriate.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as Cozy Fox Lifestyle cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit before they reach us.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy. For products with a minor problem, we may be entitled to repair the item.
Your consumer rights may apply regardless of any voluntary return period offered by Cozy Fox Lifestyle.
